A bit about my journey..
Juice Plus is what I have added to my diet for eleven years and in my efforts to do no harm, I whole-heartedly encourage my friends, family, and clients to add it to their plan for health. I was struggling to get healthy: chasing doctors for answers, battling depression, and had just discovered I had 66 food intolerances - my body needed healing. My body and my blood work did not change. Knowing what I know now, I do not personally choose and certainly do not recommend something that has evidence of safety and proof of it doing excellent things in the body.
